Visited Yale today to see Continuous Present. Aesthetic diversity, sure, but a show with such a loose curatorial premise ( “The artists share a keen interest in time and sensory perception…their work reveals the capacity for art to profoundly reposition our physical and intellectual engagement with the world around us as they invite us to experience the ‘continuous present’”) could have included a few more women. I try to be an optimistic, glass-half-full type of gal, but WTF. Of eleven artists, only two are girls.
